These terms govern your use of Futaba (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
The App is a tool for parents to keep baby care records and is not a medical device. It does not evaluate your records or give advice on diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a doctor, midwife or public health nurse about your child's health.
Futaba Premium is offered as a yearly auto-renewable subscription (with a one-week free trial for new subscribers) and as a one-time purchase. The subscription is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Support Development tips are consumable purchases that add no features; refunds follow Apple's rules.
Records are stored on your device and in your own iCloud. You are responsible for backing up and managing your data. Photos are deleted automatically 90 days after they are added, unless you choose Keep forever.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
The developer may update these terms; updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
