This page explains how “Tallyra” (the “App”) handles your information.
The developer of the App does not collect your personal information. No account or sign-in is required, and the App does not obtain your name, email address or location.
The App does not store photos or receipt images and does not ask for camera or photo library access. For credit and bank cards you may optionally store only the last 4 digits; full card numbers are never stored.
Your entries, accounts, categories, budgets and other data are stored on your device and, when iCloud sync is on, in your own private iCloud database (CloudKit). Your base currency and pinned currencies are synced through iCloud key-value storage so all your devices agree. The developer cannot access any of this data.
To get exchange rates, the App contacts its exchange-rate service (running on Cloudflare) and public data providers (exchange-api via jsDelivr, and Frankfurter). These requests contain no entries or personal information. In the course of the connection, providers may process general connection data such as your IP address.
Tallyra Pro purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment information.
Daily reminders and budget alerts are local notifications created on your device and are not sent anywhere.
Entries recorded through Siri or Shortcuts are processed on your device. Speech recognition is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
The App does not use advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs or any other third-party services.
You can delete entries and accounts in the App at any time. Deleting the App removes its data from your device. Data stored in iCloud can be deleted in Settings > [your name] > iCloud on your iPhone.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
This policy may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes will be announced through an App update.
