    Summary: By using TaleBox, you agree to these terms. The app is for personal, non-commercial use. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and can be cancelled at any time in App Store settings.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TaleBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

NATSUKAWA.TN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TaleBox for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

3. Subscription

TaleBox offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

4. AI-Generated Content

Story content in TaleBox is generated by a third-party AI service based on keywords you provide. This content is for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for the keywords you input.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TaleBox to:

Input keywords that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
Use the app for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All app design, graphics, and code are owned by NATSUKAWA.TN. AI-generated story content is provided for your personal use within the app. You may share story cards generated by the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer

TaleBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as the app depends on third-party services (AI story generation, Apple iCloud) that may be unavailable at times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NATSUKAWA.TN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TaleBox.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in app update release notes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
