If iCloud Sync is on in Settings (the default), your records appear automatically on a new iPhone signed in with the same Apple ID.
Set Settings > Notification Content to "Detailed" to include the medication name and dose.
That reminder is cancelled automatically and you will be reminded on the next scheduled day.
Settings > Export as CSV creates four CSV files (weight, doses, symptoms, expenses) in a ZIP. It is free.
Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Premium stays available until the end of the current period.
