The app requires no account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or location.
Your doses, weight, symptoms and expenses are stored only on your iPhone and, when iCloud sync is on, in your own iCloud private database. The developer cannot access this data.
Reminders are created on your device. By default, notifications do not show the medication name.
To improve the app, anonymous usage signals (such as screens viewed and features used) may be counted with TelemetryDeck. They never include record content such as medication names, doses, weight, symptoms, amounts, clinic names or notes.
To keep the list of selectable medication names and doses up to date, the app downloads public data from the developer's server (Cloudflare) about once a day. This request never includes your records or anything that identifies you. As with any connection, your IP address may appear briefly in Cloudflare's logs.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. The developer never receives your payment details.
The Face ID lock uses iOS. Biometric data is never sent to the developer.
Settings > Delete All Data removes every record from your device and iCloud. You can also export everything as CSV at any time.
Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page.
