These terms govern your use of Nagi Note (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
The App is a tool for recording your own information and is not a medical device. It does not provide advice on diagnosis, treatment or dosing. Always consult the doctor or pharmacist who prescribed your medication.
Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Records are stored on your device and in your own iCloud. You are responsible for backing up and managing your data.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
The developer may update these terms; updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
